Blind Speed Track Day being held at Sydney Motorsport Park during September 2024

I would like to invite NSW Driver Trainers Association to become an event partner of the Blind Speed Track Day by providing the participants with a unique driving experience around the track on the Druitt Circuit under lights.

The aim of this event is to give 80 blind and vision impaired people the opportunity of a lifetime to experience the thrill of motorsport in a safe and controlled environment.  The participants will have the chance to get behind the wheel of a dual controlled car with a professional driving instructor and go for hot laps in race cars.

Further details to be confirmed once finalised

Please register, if you would like to volunteer your car & yourself to be

a part of a fantastic evening

Confirmation of all details & your acceptance to the event will come later

as the event is in the proposed stage & awaiting approvals of insurances &

sponsors etc . However we need to start our planning to ensure we have a

professional group of instructors available to make the night work whilst showcasing the NSWDTA

The NSW Driver Trainers Association (DTA), founded in 2002, aims to promote good driving education standards; to support driving instructors with consultation or resources; and to have a voice in government on road safety and driver responsibility. We are not-for-profit governed by an elected Committee and run by volunteers with administrative staff to help public and member enquiries and promote the NSW DTA.
